Our Policy

At Everhome, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Important: You have 48 hours from the date of delivery to report any damaged or incorrect items.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging must be original and unopened (especially for Pantry and Hygiene items).
  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID) is required.

Take a photo of the damaged product.

2. Email Us

3. Get Refund

Processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that perishable goods (food/spices) and personal care items cannot be returned once the safety seal is broken, unless the item arrived damaged.
